Custom Order Policy: A 50% "Deposit & Fees" is required in advanced to hold any order. An order cannot be held without a deposit. All orders under $250 require payment in full. If a custom order is canceled before submitting the final payment, a 50% refund of the deposit will be given, as preparations, supplies, and date have been blocked for said order. Remaining balance of custom order is due 7 days upon delivery. If entire payment has been fulfilled, and cancellations are made before final payment, 50% of total order will be refunded. Cancellations made 7 days prior to your order date will result in zero refund, due to preparations, supplies and blocked date for order.
